Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

Returns:

If you're not absolutely delighted with your Joan Vass purchase, we make it easy for you to return.        

We will gladly accept your return if it’s unworn or defective, and with original tags attached, within 15 days of receipt.

To initiate returns or exchange please email us at cs@joanvass.com for return shipping label. If you prefer to speak to us please call us at Tel: 228-533-9222. To receive full refund, please ensure that all original tags and packaging is included.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase. Please note processing of online returns may take up to 10 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Exchanges:

We will make every effort to accommodate an exchange request. However, our ability to process is based on product availability, which is not always guaranteed.

Exchanges are processed like returns, except instead of payment refund you will be shipped the new item requested in exchange.     

Standard shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order. If you need additional assistance please contact a member of our Customer Service Team by emailing cs@joanvass.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our customer service department via email: cs@joanvass.com or Tel: 228-533-9222.
